We are looking for a Legal Advisor with strong expertise in UK law. Due to the growing volume of our operations in the UK, we need a specialist who can fully support the legal function there
This is a role for someone who wants to influence business decisions, operate independently, and become the key legal expert for the company in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day legal advice on corporate and operational matters.
Support and implement corporate changes within the company.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, operational, and corporate agreements.
Analyze UK legislation and case law related to the company’s activities and prepare legal opinions.
Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
Prepare, maintain, and update internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with UK regulatory authorities and respond to official inquiries.
Advise management on legal risks and business operations from a legal perspective.
Requirements (Hard Skills)
3+ years of experience in corporate law and operational legal support after qualification.
Strong knowledge of UK company law, the Companies Act, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Advanced English and Ukrainian
Nice to Have (Soft Skills & Additional Experience)
Experience in compliance, trading/financial law, or interaction with UK regulatory bodies.
Proactive, business-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
Higher legal education (UK).
Proven professional experience on the UK market.
