Currently, we are looking for a Junior Treasury Specialist to join our team in Cyprus (Larnaca).
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring & Reconciliation: Conduct daily monitoring of corporate bank accounts and perform regular balance reconciliations.
Payment Management: Execute timely payments, prepare payment orders, and create payment tasks in accordance with internal regulations.
ERP Data Entry: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions into the corporate ERP system.
Cash Operations: Manage cash desk operations, including the accounting and control of cash funds.
Banking Relations & Compliance: Update corporate profiles with servicing banks during annual KYC (Know Your Customer) review processes.
Handling Bank Queries: Process incoming requests from banking institutions and compile required document packages promptly.
Employee Support: Assist staff members with corporate banking needs and collect documentation for employee bank account openings.
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience: Prior experience in corporate treasury, SEPA, SWIFT, local and international payments in various currencies.
Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and robust multitasking abilities.
Languages: English/Ukrainian
