As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an Event Manager to join our office in Larnaca, Cyprus.

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Event Manager to drive employee engagement and strengthen our corporate culture through memorable internal events and initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering a wide range of corporate events while ensuring they reflect our company values and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Delivery
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of internal and external corporate events, including company parties, holiday celebrations, team-building activities, offsite events, workshops, excursions, and other employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, including logistics, venue selection, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site execution.
Organize and coordinate branded merchandise for employees and corporate events.
Encourage employee participation and engagement, with a particular focus on welcoming and integrating new team members.
Event Analysis & Performance Evaluation
Evaluate the effectiveness of corporate events through surveys, feedback collection, and data analysis.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of corporate events.
Collect and analyze event-related data and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance future initiatives.
Vendor Management
Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, venues, suppliers, and other service providers.
Coordinate vendor selection processes, including tenders and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely contract execution and compliance.
Budget Management
Prepare and manage event budgets.
Monitor event-related expenses and ensure cost-effective execution.
Create and process payment requests while working closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Internal Communications
Coordinate communication related to corporate events across internal communication channels.
Prepare engaging event announcements and promotional materials.
Partner with the Communications team to maximize employee awareness and participation.
Job requirements
Experience
Previous experience in Event Management, Corporate Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or a similar role.
Proven track record of independently managing multiple events from planning through execution.
Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
Experience managing event budgets.
Creative thinking: Ability to generate innovative event concepts that reflect and reinforce the company's values, culture, and mission.
Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative event concepts.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Analytical approach with the ability to evaluate event performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Good understanding of the local vendor and event services market.
Language
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
Proficiency in Ukrainian or Greek language would be a plus
