We are currently looking for a Branded Merchandise Coordinator in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage local suppliers and manufacturers in Cyprus

• Coordinate production of merchandise, print, and branded materials, ensuring quality and deadlines

• Organize local deliveries and receive international shipments

• Prepare payment requests and supporting documents

• Manage stock of merchandise and gifts, including inventory and storage

• Pack and distribute gifts, welcome packs, and merchandise

• Keep project statuses and reports up to date

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with suppliers and contractors is a plus

• English - B1 or higher

• Driver’s license is a plus

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Readiness for hands-on tasks (sorting, packing, distribution)
